If I do attempt a relationship with a co-worker and it inevitably ends badly, I don't want the bad reputation because I really do enjoy this job. I believe we are both Operators (Bottom Line), but like I said, I'm up for Promotion, but I highly doubt I'll "Lord" over anyone, even with this newfound Authority. I don't think this company cares about relationships at work. Different shifts, no fall out from up above for "office relationships", you can go for it, but if she's got friends in your shift and it goes sour, expect some sort of back lash.
TL; DR Might start a relationship with a co-worker on a different Shift. My Shift alone (had) three Married couples in the same section, but one Wife quit recently. I don't know if I'd say go for it, moreso, expect the worse from it.
I really enjoy the job, I'm well liked/respected there and I'm getting a Promotion soon.

f*** the hell out of the girl in the walk-in cooler. If its a good job that you like and pays well though, I would think again about whether you want to risk losing the job over a piece of ass.
